All projects are initiated only after both parties sign a contract. The contract will outline project scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms. No work will commence without a signed agreement.
Clients must provide all necessary materials, content, APIs, and basic resources required for project completion. This includes but not limited to:
Before project delivery, clients can review and test the project in a staging environment. All feedback and change requests must be submitted during this review period.
During the service period, ColoTech retains intellectual property rights to code, documentation, and other deliverables unless otherwise specified in the contract. Upon full payment, clients receive usage rights as outlined in the agreement.
Clients must use our systems and services in compliance with local laws and regulations. ColoTech is not responsible for any legal issues arising from client misuse of our services.
Payment schedules are defined in individual contracts. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of services. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified.
Post-launch support terms are defined in individual contracts. Additional support beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
ColoTech's liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
